On 12 June 2019 the Trademark Attorneys of Agency TRIA ROBIT Ms Alina Bogdanovica and Mrs Alona Sivcova have successfully graduated the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design (ETMD) Education Programme in Alicante, Spain that was specially designed to accommodate the training needs of intellectual property practitioners dealing with the registration and prosecution of European Union trade marks (EUTM) and Community designs (RCD).
ETMD Education Programme consisted
of approximately 150 hours of tuition in respect of all aspects of European
Union trade mark and Community design law and method of application thereof in
practice by the EUIPO, covering proceedings before the Court of Justice of the
European Union and other selected IP issues. The Education Programme was
delivered by the EUIPO’s senior examiners, members of the Boards of Appeal, and
members of the litigation team, as well as IP legal practitioners, university
teachers and judges.
